Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding customer service across our venues. You will engage customers, promote offers and events, handle cash, and help keep the venue clean and welcoming.

You’ll also step into supervisory duties when required, earning enhanced rates and ensuring smooth operations. Weekend shifts and a five-shift pattern across seven days are expected, with night premiums for late hours.
