Job summary

Agincare is hiring at Sedgemoor Care Home in Weston-super-Mare to provide compassionate, person-centred care. You will lead a team, support residents with daily activities, administer medications, and contribute to care planning.

The ideal candidate has experience in a senior role, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support in a home-like environment. Training up to QCF Level 5 is funded, with a generous benefits package and pension.

Qualifications

• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.
• Previous experience in a senior role is required.
• Experience in health and social care settings is preferred.
