Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Dobson House in Rayleigh to help clients live independently in their own homes with dignity. You will provide high-quality personal and domestic care and support families.

The role requires at least 12 months care experience, a full UK driving licence, and NVQ level 2 is preferable. You can work around shifts, 40 hours per week, with flexible hours 7am–10pm and alternating weekends; a £500 welcome bonus and refer-a-friend up to £1000.

About the role:

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.

What you will bring:

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
