Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Waterloo Care Home to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support residents’ dignity and independence. You will administer medications safely, contribute to care plans, and lead engaging activities, while guiding and supporting the team.

The role is based at Waterloo Care Home and requires a commitment to working 42 hours weekly, including alternate weekends.

What we offer:

  • Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
  • A Senior Care Assistant to work 42 hours per week to from 8am to 8pm to include alternative weekends
  • A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
