Job summary

Agincare is seeking caring professionals to join Fulford Care Home in Littlehampton to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with daily living activities, dignity, and independence, while safely administering medications and contributing to care plans.

You will lead engaging activities and guide teammates, fostering a compassionate team environment. A minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK is required and ongoing funded training up to QCF Level 5 is provided.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering person-centred care in a care setting.
  • Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months is required.
  • Willingness to undertake training up to QCF Level 5.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Contribute to and review care plans
  • Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
