Job summary

Agincare is recruiting for a part-time care role at one of its care homes in Weston-super-Mare. You will deliver person-centred care, support residents with daily living, and assist with medication administration under the supervision of the senior team.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months right to work in the UK and a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, with progression toward Level 3. The post requires 24 hours weekly, including alternate weekends, and leadership qualities to

We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
• Previous experience working within a senior role is required
