Job summary

Agincare Homes Holdings is seeking an experienced care professional to join our Care Home team. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centered care, support residents with dignity, administer medications safely, and contribute to care plans.

You will lead activities, engage residents, and support and guide teammates, stepping up when required. Join a caring, confident team that values leadership and experience.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3) is required.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
