Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a dedicated care professional to join our care home team in Weymouth, UK. You will deliver person‑centred care, support residents with daily activities and personal care, and help maintain dignity and independence.

You will administer medications safely, contribute to care plans, and lead engaging activities with the team. This is a full‑time role with night shifts and weekend requirements, in a homey, supportive environment.

What we offer:

• £13.46 per hour

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK


• NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social care qualification


• NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards


• Full time availability of 42 hours per week


• Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am (12 hours shifts)


• Required to work alternate weekends

Your role:
