Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to work 30 hours per week from 8pm to 8am at Edgehill Care Home in Swindon. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care with a strong emphasis on safety and independence.

You will lead care delivery, support residents with personal care, and administer medications accurately, while contributing to and reviewing care plans and leading engaging activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• Night Senior Care Assistant role: 30 hours/week, 8pm–8am, alternating weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
