Job summary

Trafalgar Care Home in Weymouth is seeking a dedicated care professional to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with personal care, dignity and independence, and ensure safe, accurate medication administration in a warm home setting.

Join Agincare and contribute to care planning, lead activities, and engage residents in meaningful experiences. A full-time 42-hour week with night shifts (8pm–8am) and alternate weekends is required, with funded training

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards.
• Full-time availability of 42 hours per week.
• Night shifts 8pm–8am and alternate weekends.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Contribute to and review care plans

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social care qualification
• NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards
• Full time availability of 42 hours per week
• Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am (12 hours shifts)
• Required to work alternate weekends
