Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant at Edgehill Care Home in Swindon to provide high-quality, person-centred care from 8pm to 8am.

You will lead a caring team, support residents with personal care and dignity, administer medication safely, and help develop care plans. This is a 30-hour-per-week role including alternate weekends, offering progression and funded training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• A Night Senior Care Assistant to work 30 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
