Job summary

Agincare Tower Bridge Care Home in London is looking for an experienced care professional to join the team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with personal care, dignity and independence while ensuring safe medication administration and ongoing care plan reviews.

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• 44 hours per week, including alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
