Job summary

Agincare is hiring Night Care Assistants in Swindon to provide personal care, medication administration, and daily living support. Roles include night shifts, with weekends on a rotating schedule, and opportunities for bank shifts when needed across residents.

Job description

• Provide personal care and support.
• Administer and record medication.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Support activities and social engagement.
• Promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Deliver person-centred care as part of a team.

What you’ll bring:

Opportunities Available:

• Night Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week including working alternative weekends
• Night Care Assistant to work 42 hours per week including working alternative weekends
• Bank Care Assistant to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts
