A leading employee-owned business in the UK is seeking a Supermarket Assistant in Market Harborough. The role includes stocking shelves, fulfilling customer orders, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and an interest in food trends. This is a part-time, temporary position offering £12.40 per hour, with varied hours including weekends.
As a Supermarket Assistant, you'll help our customers feel welcomed on every visit, delivering the Partner-led service and passion for food that Waitrose stands for. Your drive to go the extra mile will shape the impression customers have of the Waitrose brand and encourage loyalty.
Note: If you join us from 5 October, any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00 will attract a Night Premium of £3.50 per hour, applicable to existing Partners enrolled on Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
