Social Interest Group (SIG) seeks a night-time Support Coach to assist residents who have been released from prison. You will engage individuals, help them follow license conditions, and run activities to aid rehabilitation.

You will document progress, coordinate with day staff, and contribute to safer communities, with a strong emphasis on risk management and trauma-informed support.

Qualifications

• Experience in the criminal justice setting and rehabilitation work.
• Ability to build meaningful rapport with residents with complex needs.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a rolling rota.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of residents during night shifts.
• Engage residents and run tailored activities to support licence conditions.
• Hand over with day staff for seamless service delivery.
• Build professional relationships and support goal achievement.
• Empower residents to meet personal goals and update care plans.
• Record case notes and use IT systems for updates.
