Qualifications

• Experience in criminal justice or similar settings.
• Ability to work night shifts and on-call rota.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of residents at all times.
• Engage with residents at night, planning activities such as movie nights or games nights.
• Be a reliable night-shift team member and handover day colleagues for seamless service.
• Build trusting professional relationships to support residents' goals through one-to-one or group sessions.
• Empower residents to take control of their lives and meet personal goals.
• Keep support plans updated on online portals.
