Job summary

Searcys at 30 Euston Square in London is seeking a Night Receptionist to oversee the overnight desk and guest welfare. You will manage check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping, IT and engineering teams to ensure smooth nightly operations.

The role runs Sunday to Thursday, 10.45 PM – 7.15 AM, with a focus on delivering outstanding service, maintaining security, and posting charges accurately.

• Maintaining a positive culture throughout the department.
• Maintaining the highest level of service to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Warmly welcoming all visitors and guests - Ensure eye contact and a smile at all times.
• Dealing with visitor enquiries/requests.
• Assisting in handling visitor passes and directing visitors as appropriate.
