Job summary

InterContinental London - The O2 - Front Office is seeking a Night Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and provide information about hotel facilities and local area.

You will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and work with other departments to ensure seamless experiences. Strong English, calm under pressure, and a smart appearance are essential; 5-star hotel reception experience is advantageous, with Opera PMS being a bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent service delivery and guest care.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Smart, professional appearance and team-oriented mindset.
• 5-star hotel reception experience is an advantage.
• Opera PMS experience is a plus.
