Job summary

Mollie's Manchester is seeking a Night Receptionist to be the welcoming face during overnight hours. You will check guests in and out, assist with the Mollie's app and digital keys, and handle overnight queries by phone and in person.

With shift from 11pm to 7am, this role supports the hotel operations, collaborates with housekeeping, and ensures a smooth handover to the morning team. 18+ and a year of hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a year's experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Handling guest queries and requests overnight, by phone and in person.
• Completing the night checklist and end-of-day processes.
• Keeping the site safe and secure, and knowing what to do in an emergency.
• Working with housekeeping so Mollie's room standards, guest policies and procedures are always delivered.
• Handing over clearly to the morning team.
• Reporting to the Reception Manager.

£13.27-£13.47 per hour + tronc | Night shifts, 32 hours per week

THE ROLE

You'll be the welcoming face of Mollie's through the night, making sure every guest feels safe, looked after and ready for a great stay.

ABOUT YOU

• At least a year's experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• Warm, personable and great with detail
• Calm, reliable and confident working independently through the night
• Organised and proud of high standards
• Confident using technologyKeen to learn and build a career in hospitality
• As this is a night role, you must be 18 or over
