Job summary

Mollie’s Manchester is seeking a Bartender to create brilliant drinks and great guest experiences. You’ll serve classics and new favourites with energy, and report to the Diner Manager.

The role is full-time with shifts from 9AM–5PM and 5PM–3AM across weekends, offering training and a fast-growing brand as we open ten more sites.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and energetic.
• Guest-focused with attention to detail.
• Builds relationships quickly and works well as part of a team.
• Organised, reliable and committed to high standards.
• Keen to learn and build a hospitality career.
• Bar or hospitality experience is helpful; full training provided.
• You must be 18 or over.

THE ROLE

You’ll create a brilliant drinking experience for every guest, serving up classics and new favourites with energy and personality. You’ll be:
