Mollie’s Manchester is seeking a friendly and energetic bartender to join its bar team. You’ll craft classic and innovative drinks, welcome guests with warmth, and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

The role offers full-time hours with a pay rate of £11.35-£12.91 per hour plus tronc, plus great staff perks and a clear path for career growth in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 or over.
• Full training provided.
• Experience in hospitality is helpful but not required.

THE ROLE

You’ll create a brilliant drinking experience for every guest, serving up classics and new favourites with energy and personality. You’ll be:

• making classic and innovative drinks to Mollie’s standards


• welcoming guests and making sure everyone feels looked after


• working closely with the kitchen team so food and drinks run smoothly


• delivering Mollie’s standards, guest policies and procedures every shift


• keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for service


• reporting to the Diner Manager

ABOUT YOU

• Friendly, outgoing and full of energy

SHIFTS

Varying shifts between 9AM-5PM, 5PM-3AM, including weekends
