Job summary

Mollie’s Manchester is hiring a Bartender to create a brilliant drinking experience for every guest, serving classics and new favourites with energy and personality.

You’ll join a fast‑growing brand at Mollie’s award‑winning motel‑diner, with shifts that include evenings and weekends. Full training is provided and you’ll benefit from a structured career pathway, meals on shift and generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and full of energy.
• Guest-focused with a great eye for detail.
• Builds relationships quickly and works well as part of a team.
• Organised, reliable and proud of high standards.
• Keen to learn and build a career in hospitality.
• Bar or hospitality experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
• You must be 18 or over for this role.

Responsibilities

• Making classic and innovative drinks to Mollie’s standards.
• Welcoming guests and making sure everyone feels looked after.
• Working closely with the kitchen team so food and drinks run smoothly.
• Delivering Mollie’s standards, guest policies and procedures every shift.
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for service.
• Reporting to the Diner Manager.

SHIFTS

Varying shifts between 9AM-5PM, 5PM-3AM, including weekends
