Job summary

Hilton London Gatwick, connected to Gatwick South terminal, invites a Night Receptionist to join our front of house team in Horley. You will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere and deliver excellent service throughout guests' stay.

Greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, provide information on facilities and local area, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless experiences. English communication and a calm, professional manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or similar role preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and an infectious smile.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
