Job summary

Bloc Hotel Gatwick is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team. You will greet guests, manage check-in and check-out, and provide information about hotel facilities and local area, ensuring smooth, welcoming experiences overnight.

The role requires excellent English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Previous hotel experience, preferably in a 4-star environment, is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Smart, professional appearance and team player.
• Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is advantageous.
• Opera PMS experience is a plus.

Salary – £27,560plus service charge

Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.

Working pattern 5 out of 7 days. 23:00 - 07:30
