Job summary

Park Plaza in Greater London is seeking a friendly Night Receptionist to be the first and last contact for guests, delivering warm, efficient service through a 10-hour shift on a 4 on/3 off pattern. You will manage check-in/out, respond to guest requests and ensure smooth overnight operations, while upholding Park Plaza’s standards of hospitality and care for every visitor.

As a Night Receptionist, You Will Receive

The Ideal Candidate For The Night Receptionist Role Will

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Possess a good command of English and excellent communication skills

• Have previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a Receptionist/Night Receptionist in the hospitality sector
