Job summary

Park Plaza in London is seeking a Guest Services Host/ess to be the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, attentive service across arrivals and departures.

You will handle requests with care, communicate clearly in English, and support our team in creating memorable stays. This role suits someone with hospitality experience who shares our values of trust, respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests.
• Ability to manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Experience as a Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host/ess.
• Willingness to work in a hospitality environment and deliver great service.

Responsibilities
