Job summary

Park Plaza in London is seeking a Night Receptionist to be the first and last point of contact for guests. You will help create a memorable stay with a warm, professional approach and a 4 on/3 off shift pattern (10-hour shifts).

Salary: £13.54 plus incentive (10% of room upgrade, £1 per breakfast voucher and £2 per restaurant voucher)

The ideal candidate for theNight Receptionistrole will:

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Possess a good command of English and excellent communication skills

• Have previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a Receptionist/Night Receptionist in the hospitality sector
• Be available to work on a 4 on/3 off shift pattern (10-hour shifts)
