Job summary

Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa is a four‑star, 104‑bedroom property located in Stratford-upon-Avon. It features The Shakespeare restaurant and terrace bar, plus afternoon tea, private dining and event spaces, with leisure facilities including cinema, gym, pool, steam room, sauna and Elemis spa.

The night receptionist role involves managing the night shift reception, greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, and resolving guest queries with a friendly, professional approach to ensure high

Qualifications

• Night shift role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Patience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanour.
• Experience in conflict resolution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the night reception, greet guests on arrival and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy to maintain satisfaction throughout their stay.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
