Job summary

Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking a night reception host to manage the front desk during the night shift. You will greet guests, conduct check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries and issues with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a courteous, service-minded attitude with the ability to work independently and resolve conflicts effectively.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
