Job summary

Ashford International - Reception and Nights in Ashford, UK, is looking for a night reception manager. This role includes greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest enquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Ashford International Hotel & Spa is located in Ashford, Kent, not too far from London and is a 4*, 179-bedroom property.
