ibis Birmingham New Street Station, part of Accor's Starboard Hotels, seeks a Night Reception Team Member for overnight hours. The role is part-time (25 hours per week) with a pay rate up to £13.25 per hour plus benefits.

You will welcome guests, handle requests, and support night audits in a busy hotel environment. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with a friendly personality and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Confidence using computer systems and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in/out during night hours.
• Assist guests with requests and enquiries.
• Complete night audit and admin tasks.
• Conduct safety and security checks around the hotel.
• Process payments and maintain guest records.
• Prepare for the day ahead, including breakfast setup.
