Job summary

Ibis Birmingham New Street is seeking a dedicated Night Duty to join our team. This permanent night shift averages 39 hours per week, with responsibilities across reception, F&B during night hours, reservations, and guest care. Must be legally eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service Experience.
• Previous Hotel experience in a similar role (Desired).
• F&B experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with care and attention, personalised approach.
• Anticipates guests' needs and handles feedback efficiently.
• Upsells to maximise on average room rates.
• Manages night audit and daily closure, and oversees F&B during night hours.
• Ensures security and cleanliness of public areas and supports hotel targets.
