Job summary

ibis Birmingham New Street Station is seeking a Reception Team Member to provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, manage check-ins/outs and handle reservations. You’ll communicate clearly, resolve queries, and work with other departments to deliver a flawless stay.

The role is full-time with a salary up to £12.71 per hour plus benefits. Training and development opportunities and staff discounts are included, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Hosp hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
• Handling reservations, inquiries and guest requests
• Processing payments and maintaining records
• Promoting hotel services and facilities
• Resolving guest queries efficiently and professionally
