Job summary

Travelodge Worthing Seafront is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and walk the corridors to ensure a comfortable stay. Training will be provided, with no prior experience required.

You’ll also help set up for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service, and may assist behind the bar at times. The role offers a friendly, flexible environment with opportunities for progression through Aspire Programme.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the Night Reception
• Walking the corridors to monitor guest comfort and handle noise evictions if needed
• Setting up hotel for the next day: preparing housekeeping trolleys and breakfast setup
• Occasionally serving behind the bar

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or preparing for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
