Job summary

Travelodge Poole is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. No experience is required; full training will be provided. You will welcome guests, check them in, walk the corridors, and handle occasional noise issues.

You’ll also prepare the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping setup, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service. Join a fun, supportive team with a family feel, flexible working to suit everyone, and opportunities for development through the Aspire

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in
• Walk the corridors at regular intervals and handle noise complaints and evictions
• Set up the hotel for the next day
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys and tidy breakfast service area
• Help with breakfast service and, at times, serve behind the bar

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
