Job summary

Travelodge Preston North is recruiting for a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. No experience is required as we will coach and teach you everything you need to know. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in, and support a busy hotel team in a friendly, family-style environment.

The role includes setting up for the next day, preparing housekeeping trolleys, and breakfast prep, with occasional bar service. Travelodge offers a welcoming team and flexible hours to suit you.

• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the hotel.
• Patrol corridors and handle issues like noise or evictions as needed.
• Prepare hotel for the next day: set up housekeeping trolleys, prep for breakfast service.
• Serve behind the bar at times and assist with daily duties.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
