Travelodge Cambridge Newmarket Road is looking for a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help run a smooth night shift in a friendly, family-feel team.

No experience is required as we will coach you through everything you need to know, with flexible working to suit everyone and opportunities to develop through our Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required for this role, we can coach and teach you everything you need to know!

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and addressing noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys.
• Prepping for breakfast service and occasionally serving behind the bar.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
