Travelodge is hiring a Night Reception Team Member for a part-time position at Dartford Crossing. The role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, and supporting hotel operations. Training will be provided, and there is a family-feel team environment with flexible working to suit everyone.

Responsibilities include setting up for the next day, serving at times, and handling occasional noise complaints. A friendly, coachable attitude will help you succeed in this role.

• No experience required for this role; we can coach and teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk the corridors at intervals and respond to issues such as noise complaints or evictions.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, prep for breakfast service, and occasionally serve behind the bar.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
