Job summary

Travelodge Clacton-on-Sea Central is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare the hotel for the next day.

No experience is required; training is provided. You’ll work flexibly, with opportunities to advance through the Aspire Programme and enjoy staff discounts, rewards, and incentives.

This role involves walking the corridors, addressing noise issues, and sometimes serving behind the bar.

Qualifications

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
