Job summary

Travelodge Leicester is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, walk the corridors to maintain quiet and order, and assist with any issues such as noise or evictions. You’ll also help ready the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping setups and breakfast prep, with occasional bar service.

No prior experience is required as we will coach you through the role and help you grow within Travelodge.

Qualifications

• No experience required; the team will train you.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and addressing issues as needed (e.g., noise).
• Dealing with evictions if necessary and ensuring guest comfort.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day: preparing housekeeping trolleys, prepping breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
