Job summary

Travelodge Widnes is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in, and contribute to a friendly, family‑oriented team with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and checks them into the hotel.
• Walks the corridors to monitor noise and ensure comfort; handles evictions when necessary.
• Sets up hotel for the next day: prepares housekeeping trolleys and breakfast area.
• Occasionally serves behind the bar to support service.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
