Job summary

Travelodge Camberley is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests and check them in, joining a fun, supportive team with a family feel.

You’ll also walk the corridors, manage occasional noise issues and evictions, and set up the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep, with occasional bar service. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No experience required for the role.
• Friendly, customer-focused approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in as Night Reception Team Member.
• Walk the corridors, monitor noise, and handle evictions when needed.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day by stocking housekeeping trolleys and setting up breakfast service.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar and assist with general hotel duties.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
