Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) in Dawley is looking for a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests and check them in, wander the corridors and help set up the hotel for the next day.

No experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll join a fun, supportive team with flexible hours and opportunities to progress through our Aspire Programme, plus access to room discounts and other perks.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and addressing issues like noise complaints and evictions
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep and serving behind the bar when needed

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
