Job summary

Travelodge Cheshire Oaks is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare the hotel for the next day. The role involves patrolling corridors, handling noise issues, and occasionally serving at the bar.

No prior experience is required as we will coach you. A friendly, family-like team and flexible working arrangements are available to suit you.

Qualifications

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walking the corridors to monitor service and safety.
• Handling noise complaints and evictions when needed.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day.
• Preparing housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Serving behind the bar at times.

Responsibilities

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
