Job summary

Travelodge Cambridge Orchard Park is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests and check them in, and you may walk the corridors to respond to issues. You'll help prepare for the next day by setting up housekeeping trolleys, prepping breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar.

No experience is required as full training is provided, and there are opportunities to move into management roles through our Aspire Programme.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walk the corridors to respond to issues such as noise complaints or disturbances.
• Set up hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar as needed.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
