Job summary

Travelodge is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time basis. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help keep the hotel running smoothly during night hours. The role includes walking the corridors, handling noise issues, and preparing the hotel for the next day, including setting up housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.

Occasional bar service may be required. Travelodge offers a supportive team environment with learning opportunities and flexible working to suit you.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the hotel.
• Walk corridors and monitor guest areas.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions if needed.
• Prepare hotel for the next day (housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep).
• Serve behind the bar at times as required.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
