Job summary

Travelodge is seeking a Night Reception Team Member in the UK. This part-time role involves warmly welcoming guests, checking them in, and supporting hotel operations overnight. You will also help prepare the hotel for the following day and may assist with breakfast service and bar duties.

Ideal candidates have a friendly, proactive approach and are comfortable working night shifts. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a supportive, team-focused environment at Travelodge.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk the corridors at intervals to monitor guest areas.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Set up hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, prep breakfast service, and assist behind the bar when required.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
