Job summary

Travelodge Cheshire Oaks is seeking a Night Reception Team Member for a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and assist with overnight hotel operations. The role includes tidying corridors, preparing for breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar.

No prior experience is required as we provide coaching and training. This is a friendly, supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement through our Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• Welcoming guests and checking them in during night shifts.
• Handling guest noise complaints when needed.
• Setting up rooms and hotel for the next day (trolleys, breakfast prep).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in during the night shift.
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys and breakfast setup.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar and assist in daily hotel operations.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
