Travelodge London Harrow is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract to join a friendly and supportive team.

You will be welcomed into a family-feel environment with flexible working to suit everyone and coaching provided for the role. You will greet guests, check them in, set up for the next day, and may assist with breakfast service and bar duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the reception.
• Walk the corridors to monitor noise and handle related issues.
• Set up hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys.
• Prepare breakfast service and assist behind the bar when required.
• Support the team in maintaining a friendly, efficient guest experience.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
