Job summary

Travelodge London Loughton is seeking a friendly Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare the hotel for the next day.

No experience is required as training will be provided, and you’ll join a supportive team with flexible working. Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and checks them in at the reception.
• Walks corridors to monitor activity and handle issues such as noise or eviction when necessary.
• Sets up hotel for the next day: arranges housekeeping trolleys, prepares for breakfast, and may serve behind the bar.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as "FAB Fridays" and "Housekeeping Heroes". Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times"
